Dodgers’ prospect Gavin Stone threw five scoreless innings for Tulsa (AA) yesterday, striking out 11 hitters and allowing just five baserunners. Stone was the Dodgers’ 5th round pick back in 2020 out of Central Arkansas. He started the season in High-A Great Lakes, but was promoted to Tulsa after six dominate starts. He’s continued to look good since his promotion to AA, where he has a 1.45 ERA (1.14 FIP) with a strikeout rate of 42% and a walk rate of just 6%.
