Green is the 2nd player on Tacoma to hit three homers in a game in less than 48 hours — on Friday night Rainiers catcher Brian O'Keefe had a three-homer game. The 28-year-old corner infielder knocked in seven runs with his three homers, helping Tacoma beat Reno 11-4. In 232 plate appearances this season, he’s hit .241/.276/.487 with 13 home runs. Green has spent his entire career in the minors, bouncing around to a few different organizations after being taken in the 3rd round of the 2012 draft by the Phillies.
